FAQ

Answers before you ask.

The five questions prospects raise most before buying a client site — answered plainly, no fine print.

Timeline — how long does delivery take?

It depends on the engagement. A Single-page site ships in about 1 week. A Multi-page site takes 2–3 weeks. A Redesign takes 3–4 weeks. Three things actually drive the schedule: how ready your content is when we start (photos, copy, logo), how quickly decisions come back on revisions, and whether scope expands mid-project. Lock those in and we hit the upper end of the window every time.

Cost — what's included in the launch price?

Everything in the per-tier deliverables list: discovery and wireframes, visual design, responsive build, a copy polish pass up to the word count for the tier (400 words Single-page, 1,500 words Multi-page, 2,500 words Redesign), a contact form and analytics on Multi-page and above, and one or two rounds of revisions. What isn't included: managed hosting and maintenance (that's the $49/mo Maintenance & Hosting plan), copy beyond the included word counts, professional photography, and paid third-party services or stock assets.

Ownership — who owns the code, domain, and files?

You do. On final payment, the codebase, design files, repo access, and domain are transferred to you. We don't hold your site hostage with proprietary licensing — if you decide to take the project elsewhere tomorrow, the handoff covers everything you'd need to keep running.

Revisions — how many rounds are included?

One round on the Single-page site, two rounds on the Multi-page site and the Redesign. A round is a focused pass against the approved wireframes — not an open-ended iteration loop. After the included rounds, we scope further change requests as a small, fixed-price change order rather than letting scope drift.

Maintenance — what happens after launch?

Two paths. Most clients take the $49/mo Maintenance & Hosting plan, which covers managed hosting on a fast, monitored stack, SSL renewals, uptime monitoring with a monthly status report, and a monthly content tweak of up to one hour. The other path is to host it yourself — if you do, we hand over a deployment guide plus the credentials you need and you're off to the races.
